Step 1: We look
One electrician comes in the window Laurie gave you, looks at the work, checks the panel and takes photos.

Step 2: You get it in writing
The job in plain words, what is and isn't in the price, and how long the estimate stands.

Step 3: Check the box and the load
Fans need a box rated for the weight. We check before we hang anything.

Step 4: We do the work
Fixtures, fans and outlets are usually a single visit.

Step 5: The inspection and the walk-through
Where an inspection is required we book it. Then we walk you through what changed, and you get a copy of the ticket.

Step 6: We clean up
Cuttings, packaging and dust come with us. Patching drywall and paint are listed as not included.

Do you install fixtures I bought?
Yes. We check the box and the fixture's instructions first.
Can you add outlets without opening the walls?
Sometimes. It depends on what is behind the wall. We look first.
Do you hang ceiling fans?
Yes, on a fan-rated box, and we replace the box if it isn't one.
